Art of Living Course

The Course integrates practical wisdom, ancient spiritual knowledge and health practices to increase individual well-being at all levels. Extremely effective and revolutionary techniques are taught on the course, which help the individual deal with the day-to-day stresses of life.

The cornerstone of the course is a revitalizing breathing technique known as the Sudarshan Kriya® which releases stress and toxins at the physical, mental and emotional level, thereby promoting better health on all these levels.

It need only be practiced a few minutes a day to produce dramatic results.

Due to the pressure and strain of modern living, negative emotions get stored in every cell of our body in the form of toxins. Through specific rhythms of the breath, Sudarshan Kriya floods our system with cleansing, life-supporting energy, and restores harmony to our whole being. One feels renewed, both physically and emotionally.

The Art of Living Course also includes:

  • Stretching exercises for improved circulation and relaxation.
  • Simple techniques which increase and balance the flow of energy in the body and guided meditation to calm and rejuvenate on all levels.
  • Reveals time tested secrets of life that secure our health, happiness and success.

It is central to all other courses offered by IAHV. Deeply introspective and fun it is enjoyed by people of all backgrounds, cultures and traditions all over the world.

The course is open to people of all ages and backgrounds. It does not conflict with any religious or spiritual practice The course is fun and relaxing. Anybody can do it!
